I needed to read this. I could very much relate to "entrepreneurial seizure" Michael Gerber describes -- as well as the feeling of overwhelm of being the guy who does everything in my business. I really appreciated the structure of this book, and how it walks you through the problem and solution step-by-step. A particularly good chapter was #15, followed by #16. The imagery of the hotel used as an example was really beautiful. Anyway, this is an excellent book. Now the question is: What's next? How do I actually apply all this stuff? |
